Every day, ADIAMAS™ produces more than two hundred thousand facing parts from different varieties of stainless steel. To produce these parts, ADIAMAS™ makes use of many different activities and employs a network of suppliers and subcontractors.

Given the variety of needs its customers, ADIAMAS™ has to produce a great variety of parts in quantities that can range from very small runs (a few units a year) to very long runs (several million parts a year).

In order to improve its customer fill rate, ADIAMAS™ has had to ensure the reliability of its production facilities and set up a logistics organisation to provide the best product delivery times to its customers across the globe.
