The "chopper" blade is a blade used in mini-choppers or small capacity food processors. This blade has two sharpened wings arranged in the same plane. It is driven by a shaft, generally plastic, that can be overmoulded or assembled. The shafts are components specific to each customer.

This type of blade is essentially intended to chop and prepare foods, in rather small quantities.

These can be divided into two groups :

- "chopper" blades for a mini-chopper (Ø82mm, Ø89mm, Ø102mm) ;
- "chopper" blades for small capacity food processor (Ø111mm, Ø135mm, Ø148mm, Ø155mm, Ø158mm, Ø162mm).
