The "grinder" blade is shaped with four
slicing wings and is drilled at its centre with a square hole.
It is made of martensitic stainless steel.
Unlike the "chopper" blade that can process all types of food, the
"grinder" blade integrates in a processor intended for grinding meat.
Inside this mincer, an endless screw pushes
the meat against a grill drilled with holes which the blade works
against.
The function of this blade is to mechanically
grind meat to prepare :
- mince, forcemeat ;
- meat sauces.
