To perform its function, the "slicer" blade
has to be welded to a support that can be either a disc or a
clip in plate.
In order to optimise the product's cutting capacity, this blade
is made of martensitic stainless steel.
Remember that the fineness of the slice obtained depends on the
height of the blade on the "support" disc or clip in plate above
the general plane of the "support" disc or clip in plate.
The "slicer" blade enables for example :
- slicing vegetables (carrot, cucumber, potato, etc.) ;
- preparing fruit salad (banana, etc.).
