For use, the "coarse shredder" clip in plate has to be
inserted into a component specific to each customer, this
component ensures the clip in plate's "support" and "drive" functions.
This clip in plate comprises cutting bosses of theoretical height
2.5 mm for making coarse-sized shreds compared with the other "shredder"
clip in plates.
Here are some current application examples :
- grating cheese (e.g. gruyere) ;
- preparing crudités (e.g. carrots or red cabbage, or even beetroot).
