use, the "medium shredder" clip in plate has to be inserted into a component
specific to each customer, this component ensures the clip in plate's
"support" and "drive" functions.
This clip in plate comprises cutting bosses of
theoretical height 1.8 mm for making medium-sized shreds compared with the
other "shredder" clip in plates.
Here are some current application examples :
- grating cheese (e.g. gruyere) ;
- preparing crudités (e.g. celery).
