Sometimes called "tomato cutter blade", the
"straight" blade looks like a long tapered and toothed knife blade.
Made in hardened martensitic stainless steel, it has
very good cutting capacity.
It is intended to be mounted in a hand appliance
which in general uses a set of 10-15 blades.
The "straight" blade is mostly used to cut whole
tomatoes fast into equal slices, but it can very well be used for other
soft vegetables like courgettes for example.
The ADIAMAS
"straight" blade comes in two models of different lengths.
The general characteristics of ADIAMAS
"straight" blades are summarised in the data
sheet.
