"French fries" blade

Also called "chip blade", this blade looks like a conventional blade but has slicing teeth, perpendicular to the blade plane.

It cannot be used alone and has to be mounted on a support that can be either a disc or a clip in plate.
Made in martensitic stainless steel, it gives the disc or clip in plate holding it very good cutting capacity.
This blade is intended to cut potatoes into French fries.
It can also be used to cut other vegetables. It is used in general public food processors.
