Also called "chip blade", this blade looks like
a conventional blade but has slicing teeth, perpendicular to the blade
plane.
It cannot be used alone and has to be
mounted on a support that can be either a disc or a clip in plate.
Made in martensitic stainless steel, it gives the disc or clip in
plate holding it very good cutting capacity.
This blade is intended to cut potatoes into French fries.
It can also be used to cut other vegetables. It is used in general
public food processors.
