"Chopper" blades for small capacity food processors
have diameters from 111 mm to 162 mm.
Their first function is simple : these "chopper"
blades are used to reduce to a purée, reduce to crumbs or grind food.
Here are some application examples :
- grinding meat ;
- making breadcrumbs ;
- homogenising vegetable purées or fruit compotes.
