Reversible "Medium shredder / medium slicer" disc

The reversible "medium shredder / medium slicer" disc is intended to take a thermoplastic insert, specific to each customer, to ensure the disc drive by the support hub.

It is equipped with cutting bosses of theoretical height of 1.8 mm for making more medium-sized shreds than the other discs.

It also has an "integral" blade letting it produce medium-sized slices.

Here are some current application examples :
- preparing crudités (e.g. celery or beetroot) ;
- grating hard cheese (e.g. gruyere) ;
- cutting fruit into rounds (e.g. bananas).
