The "French fries" disc is intended to take
a thermoplastic insert, specific to each customer, to ensure the
disc drive by the support hub.
The "French fries" cutting disc assembly comprises
an integral blade that first cuts slices and two bridges that cut the
same slices into chips.
These last parts are related.
The "French fries" disc cuts potatoes into slightly
curved chips. The "French fries" disc can of course also be used to cut
other vegetables into chips.
